oRGAN!ZED CHAoS is a 1 of 1 that tells the life story of many. We try to remain triumphant and optimistic through all of the crazy things that may happen in our lives, but it is not always easy when you feel like everything is everywhere. When I began this painting with Oil, Watercolor, and Ink, I actually did not like this painting, because everything felt seperate. Oil over here, Ink over here... Months later, I understood that I need to allow everything in my life, and on this art project, to work as one. In chaos, I still deserve peace. I still deserve to experiment and not feel held down by "what should be," and just be. I'd add colors and movements that corresponded with my emotions, while allowing the Fruits of the Spirit to flow through me. Everything has a place in life, and my relationship with God has allowed me to take what I felt was chaotic, and patiently nurture it. I would fall in love with what the chaos then becomes. I would fall in love with this new reflection of myself, organized in my chaos.
